ZerithPay

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2025

Acceptance

By accessing or using ZerithPay ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

ZerithPay is currently in private beta. Access is granted at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have the legal authority to enter contracts in your jurisdiction
  • Your use of the platform must comply with all applicable laws, including financial services regulations
  • You may not use the platform for illegal activities, including money laundering, fraud, or sanctions evasion

Beta service

ZerithPay is provided "as is" during the beta period. Data — including payment records and account information — may be lost between deployments. We strongly recommend not relying on the beta environment for production payment processing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice during the beta period.

API access and credentials

Your API key grants full access to your merchant account. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not expose your API key in client-side code, public repositories, or shared environments.

If you believe your API key has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will revoke the key and issue a replacement.

You may not use the API to: reverse-engineer our systems, perform denial-of-service attacks, create accounts for unauthorized parties, or circumvent rate limits.

Fees

ZerithPay charges the following fees per transaction:

  • Interchange: 0.15% of transaction amount
  • Processing: 0.08% of transaction amount
  • Network: $0.30 flat
  • Platform: 15% of transaction amount

All fees are deducted from the settlement amount before payout. Fee structures may change with 30 days' notice.

Settlement

Settlement is initiated by you and processed to the wallet address you provide. Once a payout transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is irreversible. You are responsible for providing a correct and valid wallet address. ZerithPay is not liable for funds sent to an incorrect address.

During the beta period, settlement is simulated and does not result in actual on-chain transactions.

Prohibited activities

You may not use ZerithPay to accept payments for:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Counterfeit products
  • Adult content without age verification
  • Weapons or controlled substances
  • Gambling without applicable licences
  • Any activity violating card network rules

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZerithPay is not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of revenue or data; or any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
