How do I get API access?
Submit a merchant application at /apply. We review applications manually and typically respond within one business day. During beta, access is invite-only.
What currencies do you support?
We support USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, AUD, CAD, JPY, and CHF for card-present amounts. Settlement is available in USDC, USDT, ETH, or bank transfer.
How does settlement work?
Once a payment is authorized and settled on the card network, you initiate a payout from your dashboard to a wallet address of your choice. Settlement is simulated in the sandbox environment.
What is the platform fee?
ZerithPay charges a 15% platform fee on each transaction, in addition to standard interchange (0.15%), processing (0.08%), and a $0.30 network fee. All fees are itemized on every payment.
My session keeps expiring — what should I do?
Sessions are valid for 7 days. If you're being logged out unexpectedly, clear your browser cookies and log in again. If the issue persists, contact support.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Email [email protected] with a detailed description. We aim to acknowledge all reports within 4 hours and provide a fix timeline within 48 hours.
Can I use ZerithPay in production?
ZerithPay is currently in private beta. Production processing requires an approved merchant account. Contact us to discuss your use case.
Is there a sandbox / test mode?
Yes. Set MELD_ENVIRONMENT=sandbox in your environment to route all flows through test infrastructure. All data in the dashboard is simulated by default.
